There is much to do with planning a wedding. We want to make ordering your flowers easy - one less thing you need to worry about.
Here is our process:
Step #1 Contact Us: by phone or email. Let us know your wedding date, city and venue. Tell us about what your wedding colors will be and any particular flowers you like. Also let us know what items you'll need such as bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, altar flowers, pew flowers, arch sprays etc. If you have pictures of a certain look you like, email that to us too!
Step #2 Consultation - We will follow up with you by e-mail or phone to discuss your needs and vision, and once we have an idea of what you would like we will put together a initial flower proposal. We can do this through email or we can meet you at your wedding venue for a free 1 hr consultation. It is important to keep in mind the initial flower proposal can be modified to where it best fits your needs.
Step #3 - Acceptance of Flower Proposal and Deposit - After discussing your flower proposal and making the necessary edits/changes we will send you an itemized flower proposal. When you agree to to this proposal we ask that you place a $100 deposit to hold the wedding date for you. This deposit is non-refundable and will be subtracted from your overall flower balance. Your flower proposal can be modified up to 1 month before your wedding.
Step #4 - 1 Month Before the Big Day! - Please keep in touch with us of any changes from the accepted flower proposal. One month before your wedding we will confirm your flowers including table count. We ask that your total flower balance is due 3 weeks before your wedding. After your payment we will order your flowers - giving our seller advanced notice to obtain the best selection for you. We will pick up your fresh flowers 2 days before your wedding giving us time to process, preserve and artfully arrange your gorgeous flowers for your big day!
Step #5 - Wedding Day! - We will work closely with you, your venue, and wedding coordinator to make sure your flowers are where they need to be according to your timeline. This is the really fun part for us, seeing you be thrilled by your gorgeous flowers!
